MyDaraz connects using the official Daraz Open Platform OAuth 2.0 authorization. When you click Connect Daraz store, you are redirected to the official Daraz PK seller login page where you grant permission to the app. MyDaraz never sees or stores your Daraz seller account password.
Yes! MyDaraz is built specifically for sellers managing multiple stores. You can link multiple Daraz seller accounts, assign unique labels/nicknames to each store, and pull or print orders from each store seamlessly from a single dashboard.
MyDaraz supports standard direct thermal shipping label printers (such as Xprinter, HPRT, Zebra, TSC, and Rongta) using standard 4" × 8" or 4" × 6" label rolls. You can also print on standard A4 paper sheets using ordinary laser or inkjet printers.
Through the Label Design studio, you can choose between Classic, Compact, and Bold templates. You can upload your store brand logo, customize return addresses and sender contact numbers, toggle COD amount displays, hide/show buyer phone digits, and print clear seller SKUs and item quantities.
Yes. All labels generated by MyDaraz strictly include Daraz-compliant Code 128-B barcodes, official 3PL tracking numbers (e.g. PK-DEX), package IDs, order numbers, and sort codes that scan instantly at hubs. If a particular Daraz hub ever requires the original waybill, you can also view and print the stock Daraz waybill with one click.
Daraz access tokens expire in approximately 7 days. MyDaraz includes an automated background cron script (located in your dashboard under Keep the tokens alive). Adding this single command line to your cPanel or server Cron Jobs once daily ensures your stores remain connected automatically without manual re-login.
By default, orders with status ready_to_ship (orders you have packed in Daraz Seller Center and are awaiting courier pickup or drop-off) appear in the queue. You can also configure config.php to include pending or packed orders if you prefer to pack parcels directly from MyDaraz.
The Returns tracker continuously monitors packages returned by customers, failed deliveries, lost items, and damaged shipments. It highlights returns pending collection at hubs vs. items already collected, preventing unclaimed inventory from being lost or scrapped at logistics hubs.
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for one store with up to 100 labels per month. Upgrade anytime for unlimited labels and more stores.
We connect only through Daraz's official Open Platform authorization. We never see or store your Daraz password, and you can disconnect your store at any time.
Your store access is removed immediately. You can request full deletion of your data by emailing us.
No. Sign up, click Connect Daraz Store, approve access, and you're ready to print. If you get stuck, we'll help you on WhatsApp.
Yes. There are no contracts. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
