1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyDaraz ("MyDaraz", "we", "us", "our"), a software service operated by Ummah IT Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited, By creating an account or using MyDaraz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
MyDaraz provides tools for Daraz sellers, including shipping label customization and printing, handover queue management, return tracking and multi-store management. MyDaraz connects to your Daraz seller account through the official Daraz Open Platform.
MyDaraz is an independent product. It is not owned, operated, affiliated with or endorsed by Daraz. "Daraz" is a trademark of its respective owner.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at mydaraz@ummahitsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Connecting Your Daraz Store
- You authorize MyDaraz to access your Daraz seller data through Daraz's official authorization process.
- We never ask for or store your Daraz password.
- You may revoke access at any time from your MyDaraz account or from your Daraz Seller Center.
- You must only connect stores that you own or are authorized to manage.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Comply with Daraz's seller policies and all applicable laws of Pakistan.
- Check every label before shipping. You remain responsible for the accuracy of orders, addresses, COD amounts and parcels you hand over to couriers.
- Use buyer information (names, addresses, phone numbers) only to fulfil Daraz orders, and not for marketing, resale or any other purpose.
- Not use MyDaraz to send spam, commit fraud, or break any law.
- Not copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the service or its security.
6. Plans, Payments and Billing
- MyDaraz offers a free plan and paid plans. Current features and prices are shown on our Pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- If a payment fails, we may limit your account to free-plan features until payment is completed.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we are unable to provide the service due to a fault on our side. Refund requests can be sent to mydaraz@ummahitsolutions.com within 7 days of payment.
8. Service Availability
- We work to keep MyDaraz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- MyDaraz depends on the Daraz Open Platform. If Daraz changes, limits or suspends its API, some features may stop working temporarily or permanently. We are not responsible for such changes.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance and will try to give advance notice where possible.
9. Intellectual Property
MyDaraz, its software, design, logo and content belong to Ummah IT Solutions. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Logos and content you upload remain yours; you give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MyDaraz is provided "as is" and "as available".
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost profits, courier penalties, Daraz account penalties, or losses caused by incorrect labels, data from Daraz, or Daraz API downtime.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse buyer data, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms MyDaraz, Daraz or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of important changes by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use MyDaraz after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
